Hurghada is a luxury resort city divided into three areas: Sigala, El-Dahar and El-Memsha. In Sigala you will find many resorts on the beach, mid-range hotels and many restaurants. South of Sigala, you’ll find luxury resorts. El-Dahar is the oldest part of the city. The Memsha, which means village road, is the modern part of the city. There are many luxury destinations nearby, including the bays of Soma and Makadi and Sahl Hasheesh.

History

The sun in Hurgada is very strong, so make sure you are protected from the hot African sun. Drink enough water to be protected from the sun stroke and dehydration.
